We are hosting a spikeball tournament at Brandybrook Community Center (S11W29980 Summit Ave, Waukesha, WI 53188) to raise money for Soles4Souls. In the event of inclement weather, the event will be moved indoors at Kettle Moraine High School (West Gym) 349 N. Oak Crest Drive, Wales, WI 53183.

This organization collects donated shoes and clothing from individuals, community drives, and retailers, then distributes them through global programs to help people in need. We will also be collecting unwanted shoes (wearable–no holes or mold), and all proceeds will be donated to Soles4Souls. Signing up by March 27 guarantees you an event t-shirt. There will be no refunds as this is for charity.

I, the undersigned, acknowledge that participation in spikeball involves inherent risks of injury, including but not limited to sprains, strains, fractures, or more serious injuries. I voluntarily agree to participate in this activity and assume all risks associated with my participation. I hereby release, waive, and hold harmless Kettle Moraine School District employees, volunteers, and agents from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage that may occur during or as a result of my participation, whether caused by negligence or otherwise. I certify that I am physically fit to participate in spikeball and have no medical conditions that would impair my ability to do so. In case of emergency, I authorize the organizers to seek medical treatment on my behalf. I have read and understood this waiver and release.
