Women face economic and structural barriers to accessing professional coaching— and the coaching industry lacks the infrastructure to serve them. For too long, coaching has been a luxury service reserved for those inside corporate boardrooms and high-income circles.

Glowi, Inc. is a 501(c)(3) public charity dedicated to closing the coaching access gap. Glowi treats coaching as gender equity infrastructure, and we’re on a mission to break down barriers between women in need and the resources they need to excel.

We don't guess whether coaching works. We measure it. Our longitudinal data (collected at intake, 6 weeks, and 6 months) proves that Glowi creates lasting change:

$15/month: Funds 1 coaching session for a woman in need.
$20/month: Funds 1.5 sessions and helps cover program operations. (Less than a lunch out!)
$35/month: Funds 2.5 sessions and directly supports coach stipends.
