Vulnerable Communities Targeted: Seniors, veterans, the disabled, and heirs often lack the resources to fight back. Many cannot afford an attorney or the educational tools needed to learn how to retain their property.

Our Mission: Empowering Property Owners to Keep What's Theirs

"I fight for property retention so that our seniors, veterans, and families can keep what's theirs." We are a dedicated team, led by Vee, The Tax Lien Strategist, We work to stop this cycle of theft.

Our work focuses on:

Direct Assistance: We consult with seniors, veterans and marginalized community members who cant afford attorneys on how to defend themselves in court pro se. We do this by looking at each case and determining what lawsuit was filed to obtain their properties in district court and the actions we use to have those judgements voided.

Building Resources: We're raising funds to create more educational tools to warn the communities of what's before them, we need more signage, billboards, and funds for putting this info into a database. We need funds to continue neighborhood workshops, and for the long, extensive hours of title research, especially after predatory investors entangle these titles on purpose. They do this to create confusion, hoping that heirs give up and walk away frustrated

Lawful Investment Advocacy: We prove that ethical property investment is possible. When heirs are aware of their rights, aware of the laws governing property redemption periods, statutes of limitations, adverse possession, their rights when someone does forge their signatures on a deed, and all the tricks and loopholes of predatory investors, they are less likely to be taken advantage of

The people already know what they want; they want stable housing, fair taxes and protection from displacement.

The problem is that urban political systems don’t listen. They proceed with giving the people what THEY think they should have.

The solutions are education, advocacy and economic resistance.

These are action steps that must be taken. The system won't fix it. The community has to change it’s way of thinking.

Predatory investors don’t just happen to end up in our communities; They target us. They look for families who are under pressure and they take advantage of that. This isn’t just unfair.

Its theft. Property theft is a crime

That’s why I created this work; to fight back with education and tools that level the playing field

We hold workshops, share literature, speak at whatever function we’re asked to, whatever it takes to give the communities the knowledge they need to protect their titles and retain the homesteads

The rules are meant to favor those with more money, more access and more connections

Meanwhile, everyday people are left with nothing

We can’t do this work alone. With the help of donors, we can create more educational resources, train more people to research property titles, and put real defenses in the hands of communities that need them the most
