Includes assorted snacks.) 5:30 PM - 6:00 PM: Cocktail Reception (Cold table with Chef's selection items) 6:00 PM- 8:30 PM: Golf Buffet Dinner (Chef's selection of hot carved meats, hot chafing dishes, cold salads and platters, seasonal vegetables, chef's selection of potato, plus dessert).
