Gold Out San Antonio – Together for Kids Fighting Cancer

Every September, Gabriella’s Smile Foundation leads the Gold Out San Antonio movement to honor children battling cancer, raise awareness, and rally our community to take action during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month.

This movement started in 2017 in memory of Gabriella, whose strength and courage continue to inspire us to do more for kids and families facing the unimaginable. Childhood cancer is the number one cause of death by disease among children, and families here in San Antonio are facing this fight right now.

Our 2026 Gold Out Goal

This September, Gabriella’s Smile Foundation is bringing our community together for Gold Out San Antonio with one big goal:

Raise $10,000 during Childhood Cancer Awareness Month to support children battling cancer and their families.

Every dollar raised helps Gabriella’s Smile provide meaningful support to local families through:

Financial Assistance – helping families with everyday expenses during treatment
Hospital Support – providing toys, gifts, backpacks, and other items for patients and siblings
Bereavement Support – supporting families after the loss of a child
Family Events & Holiday Assistance – creating special experiences and providing additional support throughout the year
