Why I’m Running the Boston Marathon Again

Last year I had the incredible opportunity to run the Boston Marathon for the Look foundation and it was so meaningful that I am running again for Team Look alongside three other dedicated athletes as we push our limits for the Look Foundation.

This mission is deeply personal to me; graduating this June from Santa Clara University with a degree in Public Health, I’ve focused my studies on supporting those navigating our most broken systems. As I prepare to embark on my Master’s in Nursing I am committing my career to building a healthcare future that is more compassionate and inclusive.

For children facing PANS and PANDAS, every day without an early diagnosis is a day lost to a preventable neurological crisis. Because insurance companies frequently refuse to cover the essential, high-stakes testing required for these conditions, the Look Foundation serves as a vital lifeline, bridging the gap between medical necessity and a family's financial reality. Over the next four weeks, your support is more than a donation—it is a lifeline for families in need.
