You are invited to celebrate the opening of our Family Resource Center — a welcoming place where families can come to find support, information, and connection.

This center will bring together the services already offered by the Partnership in one space, making it easier for families to access the help and resources they need.

We are also proud to introduce our newest addition: Chatham Assistance for Maternal and Pediatric Supplies (ChAMPS). Thanks to the support of community members, local businesses, and partners, we have been able to bring ChAMPS to life. Through this program, families who need it will be able to receive essential supplies like diapers and wipes — because no parent should have to choose between buying diapers and paying for groceries.

Join us as we open our doors, meet the team, and see how this space will serve children and families across Chatham County.
