3:30–4:30 p.m. | Slow Flow Yoga with Chrissy Joy & Sue Finkle of Flow of Light

4:30–5 p.m. | Sound Healing with Flow of Light
Relax and restore through soothing sound and peaceful connection with the natural surroundings.

5 p.m. | Silent-Auction Winners Announced

Following the Event | Equine-Care Demonstration
Meet the horses and learn the fundamentals of equine care with the Valor Farms team.

What to Bring: Yoga mat, blanket, water, comfortable clothing, and closed-toe shoes.

Registration is a donation of $55. Please include “Grounded” in the comment section when you make your payment, so we know to add you to the registration list.
