The Gourmet Stud Muffins cooking club of Marco Island is a social and cooking club. Pre-COVID, our small group of about 30 members met several times a month in a member’s home to socialize, learn about food, cook, enjoy a glass (or two) of wine and share a meal. Members are encouraged to use their personal cooking skills, experiences and knowledge to teach others about food and cooking.

The Gourmet Stud Muffins have supported Harry Chapin Food Bank since 2013. We have held an annual Holiday Cookie Exchange to raise funds for this great organization. Thanks to the generosity of our friends and families, in the last 8 years we have raised over $105,000.

The COVID pandemic has continued to create a hardship for many families and the need for food is greater than ever. This year the Gourmet Stud Muffins are still unable to meet which makes fundraising much more difficult. This year, however, we are getting together for our annual cookie exchange and to spice it up again. This year, ALL donations up to a total of $15,000 will be matched.
