Our philosophy of keeping life-changing resources free and accessible to patients is a key component of what sets us apart. We do not require membership dues or fees to access our resources. Everything on our website is completely free to everyone, so you can find what you need exactly when you need it.

In fact, most of our events, such as our patient education workshops, are free to attend. These workshops feature presentations by experienced medical professionals and are 100% donation-run. In addition to our online resources, we provide personalized one-on-one support to every individual who calls or emails our office every day. We are proud to offer this level of support to the most vulnerable members of our community.

However, these elements only begin to scratch the surface of what makes us unique. While we understand and appreciate the importance of community events and fundraisers, we also know how much more impactful research and education initiatives will be in the long term. Our mission to “support research initiatives and facilitate education programs that increase professional awareness and enhance medical care” means we partner with medical professionals, industry leaders, and more to form councils, publish guidelines, and support research.

The medical community's strong support demonstrates our commitment to research and education. TSF is regarded in the medical community as a leading resource for Turner Syndrome. Professionals often refer their patients to TSF because of our many enriching resources. Many medical professionals have even chosen to support us by joining the TSF Professional Membership, an initiative to help deliver support to the patients who need it most.
