Practice Guidelines
We kindly ask you to follow a few guidelines during our practice together in respect for the practice, our teacher, and to ensure the most beneficial circumstances for everyone present:

Log in to Zoom using your full name (the same name you used to register)
Keep your camera on during our practice. If you need to turn your camera off due to circumstances like a weak wifi connection or health condition, make sure to inform us in advance or write a note to the support team in the Zoom chat
Create a quiet place to practice without being interrupted and make your space such that it inspires and supports you
At the beginning and end of our practice, you are welcome to use the chat to say hello or share parting wishes. Please refrain from any notes that are not relevant nor conducive to our practice. When you need any technical assistance, you can write a message in the chat to “KC16 Support.”

We will screenshare the liturgy during our Guru Yoga practice.
