Partners Ending Homelessness (PEH) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to ending homelessness in Guilford County, North Carolina, through community collaboration and steadfast advocacy. We connect individuals experiencing homelessness to safe, healthy, and sustainable housing by bridging the gap between those in crisis and the resources available to support them.

While PEH is not a housing provider, we play a crucial role in the local homelessness response system by conducting Coordinated Entry Assessments, ensuring individuals are added to the Guilford County Housing By-Name List, and facilitating their connection to housing programs.

Our Impact in 2024:

✔ Answered 9,000+ calls for housing assistance
✔ Completed 470+ Coordinated Entry Assessments
✔ Facilitated 190+ Coordinated Entry access points
✔ Attended 55+ resource events
✔ Distributed hundreds of hygiene kits, snacks, and seasonal essentials
