The Ian Roll - A Bite of Hope

At Toshi's 1.0, one special roll means more than just a delicious bite - it's a tribute, a legacy, and a
lifeline.

The Ian Roll was created by Chef Justin, a beloved friend of Ian Strain, in honor of Ian's spirit,
warmth, and deep love for connection. Ian had a heart that made people feel seen and valued - he
was present, compassionate, and full of life. He also struggled silently with mental illness and
tragically lost his battle in 2023 at just 21 years old.

Moved by Ian's story and friendship, Justin crafted the Ian Roll as a way to remember him and give
back to a cause close to both of their hearts. Sadly, Chef Justin has also since passed away,
making this roll even more meaningful. Today, it stands as a tribute to both Ian and Justin - two
souls who gave love, light, and flavor to the world.

Now, 100% of the profits from every Ian Roll sold are donated directly to Hope With I.A.N. (Inner
Awareness Now), a nonprofit organization created in Ian's memory to support individuals, families,
and communities facing a mental health crisis.
