Good Morning, Baltimore!

Clear your calendar, tease that hair, and join us for a night of big laughs, big fun, and big-hearted fundraising for Moveable Feast. This year we’re celebrating Baltimore the only proper way — John Waters style — with the cult classic Hairspray (the original 1988 version).

Throughout the evening, guests can bid for the chance to read roles and deliver their favorite lines from the film’s most unforgettable scenes. Expect plenty of attitude, applause, and possibly a little shameless overacting.

Between scenes, enjoy marble-stoop–inspired Baltimore bites, cocktails with just enough kick to get your hips moving, a silent auction with movie-inspired goodies, and music with a beat you absolutely must dance to. And because this is Baltimore after all, we’ll also have a Bouffant Station—the higher the hair, the closer to the Corny Collins Show!

Most importantly, every dollar raised (tickets, auction bids, and donations) goes directly to Moveable Feast, helping Feed People, Fortify Health, and Foster Hope for Marylanders in need.
