MEET HALLIE

Hi! I’m Hallie - a runner, photographer, content creator, and proud Hoosier. Last year, I ran the NYC Marathon for the first time, and it truly changed my life. It wasn't just about crossing the finish line; the whole experience shifted my mindset and showed me I’m way stronger both as a runner and a person than I ever realized. If you know me, you know how special this race is to me. It's a dream come true!

I’m heading back to the city in 2026 because I’m nowhere near finished with this journey. Running for Therapists Beyond Borders last year opened my eyes to the incredible work they do helping kids and families get the healthcare and education they deserve. Knowing my miles are helping someone else is what gets me through the toughest training days. I’m so honored to be back on the team, and I’d be so incredibly grateful to have you in my corner again. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for supporting me in this journey - it truly means the world!

ABOUT THERAPISTS BEYOND BORDERS

Therapists Beyond Borders is an international nonprofit organization whose mission is to empower individuals with disabilities around the world through community-based training programs related to physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

Disability legislation and rehabilitation programs are commonly under-resourced around the world. As a result, millions of people who require therapy do not receive adequate treatment. Our goal: extend education surrounding disability and provide therapeutic skills training to individuals with disabilities, families, caregivers, and local therapists in countries with underfunded healthcare systems.

Our focus is to foster self-sustaining, locally run therapy programs that build community capacity to provide skillful care for their most vulnerable members. Our vision is a world where individuals of all abilities can reach their own unique potential, and where all communities, despite the unequal distribution of global resources, still have the capacity to care for their own.
