I was traveling to a magical world on a very important mission: collecting Halloween Carnival prizes for Hands4Hope! Every year, Hands4Hope youth generously volunteer at our Trick or Treat on Main Street celebration, helping make the event something really special for local kids and families.
Hands4Hope - Youth Making A Difference is an organization that is very important to me and to our community. They give young people opportunities to serve others, become leaders, recognize needs in their own communities, and actually do something about them. That kind of involvement helps create the next generation of caring, engaged community leaders, and I’m proud to support them.
Unfortunately, my magical prize-gathering expedition has gone terribly wrong…
