The adolescents at Harris Home are healing from things most adults couldn't process in a year of therapy. They need somewhere to put that — physically, not just emotionally.

That's the gym.

What we're building:

A set of adjustable dumbbells and a power rack
Stall mats, so kids can actually drop a weight without consequence
A bench, a pull-up bar, basic functional training equipment
A room set up to be used every day, by every resident, with supervision

This isn't a luxury. Structured physical outlets are documented to reduce aggressive behavior, improve sleep, and speed trauma recovery in adolescent residential settings. It's therapy without the therapy bill — and once it's built, it keeps paying dividends for every resident who walks through here for the next decade.
