During the month of July, our family would like to honor Joe by donating to the Marine Raider Foundation.

Joseph Martin Hayden II, better known as Joe, served with the Marine Forces Special Operations Command (MARSOC) as a Special Operations Independent Duty Corpsman (SOIDC). He served honorably in the Navy for 21 years alongside a group of men in MARSOC who became a second family. Along with his gained brothers from his service, Joe was a family man, being married to his wife Lori for 18 years, and being a dad to two daughters, Kate (19) and Kyleigh (17).

Even after Joe departed from MARSOC, MARSOC never stopped being a second family. After Joe unexpectedly passed away in July of 2024, the Marine Raider foundation stepped in to support our family during one of the most challenging events imaginable.

The Marine Raider Foundation is an organization that quietly helps families when they need it the most. The organization steps in to support service members and their families without expecting anything in return. They do it because the brave men of MARSOC laid everything on the line, and do what they can to aid these families.

This July, our family would like to give back to such a wonderful organization in Joe’s honor. If you are able, please consider making a donation to the Marine Raider Foundation. The funds raised will go directly to supporting military families when they need it the most.

Thank you for helping us honor Joe this month by giving back to the people who assist so many, including us, in challenging times.
