Spring is here and the Downtown Brattleboro Alliance (DBA) is buzzing with excitement as we plan another year of beautiful BLOOMs and First Friday Gallery Walks! These cherished programs are integral to the vibrancy of downtown Brattleboro, spreading joy and enlivening our community spaces.

As we celebrate 25 years of making Brattleboro vibrant, we are seeking 25 monthly sustaining donors to ensure our work continues.

Your monthly contribution increases our capacity to offer the programming you love.

Bloom

Brightening our downtown streets with flowers is no small feat. This longstanding DBA initiative adds beauty to our public spaces and brightens everyone’s day. The program costs $21,000 annually and relies on your support.

First Fridays & Gallery Walk

Returning on May 2nd for the 2025 season, we host the ultimate event for ART and COMMUNITY. First Fridays festivities include food trucks, live music, a makers market & more every month from May to October. Gallery Walks invite our community to explore downtown galleries and shops year-round and especially on the First Friday of each month. This FREE public event is a significant part of the DBA budget.

Behind the scenes, our “small but mighty” team of 1.5 staff, dedicated volunteers and board members work tirelessly to make this all possible. Your generous contribution ensures we can continue offering these programs free of charge – keeping downtown Brattleboro alive with energy and connection.
