Dare to Enter Anderson Manor

Our signature haunted experience returns bolder, darker, and more unpredictable than ever.

Before you even reach the manor’s threshold, you must brave the covered ascent—a disorienting, blacked-out passage where your sight is stolen and every step hides the unknown. You won’t see what’s lurking ahead, but you’ll feel it waiting for you.

Once inside the historic mansion, an awakening of sinister forces takes hold. Navigate twisted hallways, darkened corners, and relentless horrors designed to test your nerve. Every shadow holds a surprise, and every turn pulls you deeper into an unforgettable Halloween encounter.

The Omega Courtyard & Heated Tent Experience

Looking for spooky fun without the frights, or need a place to catch your breath and warm up after facing the manor? Your admission includes full access to our massive 2,400-square-foot heated tent in the Omega Courtyard, complete with restroom access and lively entertainment:

The Big Screen Cinema: Kick back in a warm, comfortable space and watch classic horror favorites on our giant 14-foot projection screen.
Concessions: Grab fresh popcorn, hot cider, rich hot chocolate, and seasonal treats to fuel your night.
The Frightful Photo Booth: Commemorate your survival with spooky-themed photo ops alongside friends and family.

Ticket Options

General Admission ($20): Grants single-person entry to the haunted attraction and the Omega Courtyard experience for your selected date and arrival window.
Fast Pass ($30): Skip the main queue! Grants expedited priority line access so you spend less time waiting and more time experiencing the frights.

CHECKOUT NOTE (Avoiding Extra Fees & Tips):
Givebutter defaults to adding an optional platform tip and processing fee at checkout. You can easily opt out of both:
To remove the tip: On the payment screen, click the dropdown next to the tip amount, select "Other", and type 0.

Your checkout total will reflect strictly your face-value ticket price ($20 or $30).

Crediting a HBCU Tour Student: If a specific student referred you, please enter their first and last name in the attribution box at checkout so 50% of your ticket or donation directly reduces their individual tour travel cost!
