Heart, Body & Soul exists to make healing possible through access, awareness, advocacy, and action. We serve Black men and underserved communities by bringing life-changing resources directly to them, including free health screenings, wellness education, and supportive conversations across a range of health topics.

This Giving Tuesday, we are embracing The Heart of Change because the heartbeat of our work is powered by people like you. Your support helps HBS continue to show up with cultural compassion and practical care across our signature programs, events, and community partnerships.

Your Giving Tuesday gift supports:

Community health and wellness programs
Our signature programs and events, including The Black Man’s Health Festival®
Supportive education and conversations across a range of health topics
Year-round outreach and community engagement
Essential staff and operational capacity
Essential tools that support our year-round work

You become part of the heartbeat that keeps this work alive.

Heart, Body & Soul was created by Chris Williams, a multiple heart attack and cancer survivor who transformed his healing journey into a mission to support Black men and underserved communities.
