The Johnson Public Library in Hackensack is celebrating its 125th Anniversary of being the community’s destination for discovery, learning and making connections.

Our anniversary celebration brunch, The Heart of Hackensack, is being held on Sunday, October 18, 2026 from 1-4 pm at the library (274 Main Street, Hackensack). The event is being hosted by the Johnson Public Library Foundation, a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization.

Will you help us celebrate this historic milestone of the Johnson Public Library - one of Hackensack’s most important treasures - by becoming an event sponsor? All sponsors will be recognized in the library’s email newsletter, which has over 6,000 subscribers, on the Foundation’s website and in the ad journal the day of the event.
