I didn’t have an anger problem. I had a wound.

For years, I didn’t know the difference. I just knew something was wrong — something I couldn’t pray away or outrun. Beneath the anger were wounds of rejection, betrayal, abandonment, and insecurity so deep they shaped everything I touched.

Eventually, it all boiled over. And I was left with nothing.

Addiction met me at my lowest and pretended to be peace. It wasn’t. It was only silence before the next storm.

And then someone cared.

Not with quick fixes — but with presence. They introduced me to Jesus Christ, and then they stayed. They walked with me through the wreckage of my life. Because they walked with me, I now get to walk with others.

That’s the miracle. Not just that I survived — but that my wounds became a roadmap for someone else’s healing.

My healing came in layers. First through Jesus — the only One who can reach the places no program can touch. Then through the hard work of understanding: the cycles I kept repeating, the doors of compromise I kept opening, the strongholds that had taken root in my life.

Piece by piece, I learned about rejection, identity, forgiveness, the nervous system, spiritual warfare, grief, boundaries, belonging — and what it means to have a steady heart.

There was no single resource that held it all together. I had to gather the pieces, live them, test them, and slowly watch them become a method.

This is that method.
