Help Build a Vibrant Arts & Culture District in Lawrence

Essex Art Center has been part of my life for as long as I can remember. I started taking classes there when I was a little kid, and one of the first fundraisers I ever attended was for the Art Center when I was in high school. Over the years, I’ve gone from being a student there to teaching classes myself. I’m an artist and filmmaker, I went to art school, and I now live and teach in Lawrence—the same city and community that helped shape me. I’m raising $5,000 because I want Essex Art Center to continue being that kind of place for the next kid, artist, teacher, and neighbor who walks through its doors.
