🐾 PLEASE HELP US KEEP SAYING YES TO OUR COMMUNITY CATS 🐾

In just the past week and a half, Whisker Warriors has received several heartbreaking cries for help.

We do not want to ever have to say NO to an injured or sick stray in our county. For many of these cats, they have no one else.

💙 SHADOW
Shadow was found hiding in the bushes, scared and very sick. Thankfully, a really good human found him and reached out for help. She took him to the vet, and Whisker Warriors stepped in to help get him the care he needed.

Shadow has an autoimmune disease, and his feet and body were in terrible condition. His recovery will take months. He requires special care, medication, and continued treatment as he heals.

🖤 LUCKY
Lucky was being cared for by kind people in our community when they found him lying underneath their house, unable to move.

They called us for help, and we answered.

We got Lucky to the vet and learned the heartbreaking truth — he had been shot and was paralyzed through most of his back end.

Sadly, Lucky did not make it. 💔

We could not save him, but we were able to make sure he received care and did not have to suffer alone.

🧡 LITTLE OCTOBER
Little October is only a few weeks old.

She and her mother were hit by a car. Her mother did not survive.

This tiny baby had almost no chance until a sweet soul stopped to help her and gave us a call.

October has a shattered femur and several broken toes. She is currently at Eatonton Veterinary Services receiving treatment and pain management.

Further imaging will be done to determine the full extent of her injuries and surgery costs. There is a strong possibility that her injured leg will have to be amputated.

For now, she is safe, receiving care, and being given the chance she deserves.

🐱 CHLOE
We have also recently helped a sweet little kitty named Chloe from Animal Control.

Chloe was extremely sick with an internal virus and needed veterinary treatment and care.

These are just a few of the cats who have needed us recently, and the bills are becoming more than we can handle alone.

We do not want to have to tell the next person who calls about a sick or injured stray that we cannot help because we do not have the funds.

🙏 WE NEED OUR COMMUNITY’S HELP.
