Suzuki’s story is one no animal should ever have to live through. After many months of neglect, his owners elected to drop him at the shelter and wanted nothing to do with his medical fees.

His back hind toe is so severely damaged and infected that our veterinarian warned us he will not be able to walk without constant discomfort until the toe is removed. Every day we wait it risks the infection worsening and his suffering continuing.
