As we mentioned on social media, we are ending this camapign at the 24 hour mark. It is unreal that you all donated 1000% OVER what we asked. As we've mentioned, the $10,000 will be used to repair our door, alongside other repairs needed in our shop so we can create a better place for the folks we serve every day. And, as always, we will show you how each dollar will be used.

Today, a friend who was having a mental health crisis kicked in our front door and shattered the glass.

No one was hurt, and we're not interested in punishing anyone for this - but we're left with an entryway we can't secure and a repair bill that could become quite expensive. Replacing the door and glass will run between $500-1,000. Every dollar goes directly to getting the door fixed and the space back together for the people who depend on our free meals. Any amount above this will go towards other repairs throughout our shop. As always - we will keep you 100% informed on where money is going, and how it is being used.

We appreciate everyone who is always here to help support us and keep our doors open. Now, we mean that literally. :)
