The next generation is not the church of tomorrow. They are the church of today.

Operation R.E.A.P. — Reach, Equip, Activate, Plant — is a youth ministry movement serving the Michiana area built around one conviction: young people are hungry for real community, real purpose, and a real encounter with God. We exist to give them exactly that.

R.E.A.P. is not an acronym. It is a cycle. We reach people, equip them in their gifts, activate them through true worship and discipleship, and plant them back into the community to reach others. It never stops.

Worship is not a genre. Not a performance. Not what we have often made it. In biblical Greek worship means service. It is a lifestyle of placing God's will above your own in every area of life. That submission produces genuine transformation. That transformation produces fruit. And that fruit brings souls to Christ. This is what we are building a generation to understand and live.

We are launching three programs under one mission:

THE TREEHOUSE is our young adult gathering and development community launching September 13, 2026 at Crossroads Community Church Mishawaka. Open to every young adult across the Michiana area regardless of church background. We gather around shared meals, study the book of Romans together, and develop spiritual gifts in three tracks — Music & Worship, Media & Technology, and Evangelism & Outreach. The door is open. Church home or not — you belong here.

BRANCH WORSHIP COLLECTIVE is our worship and creative arts training program — developing young singers, musicians, and creatives from the inside out. We build ministers, not performers. Branch serves local churches across Michiana and is actively developing and releasing original worship music that carries this generation's sound into the world.

A242 is our discipleship community inspired by Acts 2:42 — devoted to teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer. Daily scripture, weekly Bible study, monthly gatherings and a shared meal. Real community that goes beyond Church Service!

Here is what we are building toward:

In the Spring of 2027 we are producinga Gospel Worship Festival — a free, community-wide outdoor worship event in Mishawaka open to the entire Michiana region. Live worship, gospel music, ministry moments, and a celebration of unity across the body of Christ.

We are also actively developing and releasing original worship music — songs born out of this community that carry this generation's sound into churches, onto platforms, and into the world.

Gospel Festival — $10,000
Stage, sound, lighting, and production for a community-wide outdoor worship event. Free for everyone who comes.

Original Music Recording & Release — $8,000
Professional recording, mixing, mastering, and distribution of original worship songs from Branch Worship Collective.

The Treehouse — Food & Hospitality — $3,000
Every gathering starts with a shared meal. This fund keeps the table set and the doors open for every young adult who walks in.

Branch Equipment & Development — $2,500
Instruments, gear, and development resources for Branch Worship Collective's singers, musicians, and creatives.

Marketing & Outreach — $3,000
Social media, digital promotion, and outreach campaigns reaching universities and churches across the Michiana region.

Flyers, Print & Campus Outreach — $1,500
Physical materials for campus bulletin boards, church bulletins, and community spaces across South Bend, Mishawaka, and Berrien Springs.

Every dollar goes directly into reaching the next generation. No overhead. No salaries. Just ministry.
