Young people are hungry for God. They want community that is real, worship that is alive, and a faith that actually holds up when life gets hard. They are not walking away from God — they are walking away from spaces that were never built for them.

Operation R.E.A.P. exists to change that.

We are a youth ministry movement built around one conviction: the next generation is not the church of tomorrow. They are the church of today. Our mission is to Reach them where they are, Equip them in their gifts and their faith, Activate them in ministry, and Plant them into the local church — where they can grow, lead, and stay.

We are launching with a small but committed team, in partnership with All Nations SDA Church and The Watchmen, and we are believing God for something that will outlast all of us.

WHO WE ARE

Operation R.E.A.P. is the parent organization behind two active programs:

A242 — A discipleship community inspired by Acts 2:42 — devoted to teaching, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer. We gather young people around a shared daily Bible reading plan, weekly Bible study, and a monthly Bible study with a large community potluck. Our focus includes prayer and fasting, freedom from sin, and self development. We run on two teams — a Discipleship Team and a Hospitality Team — because we believe that community happens around the Word AND around the table. Our first gathering is A242: The David Complex — a free, multicultural worship experience and open forum on April 11, 2026.

Branch Worship Collective — A training ground for young singers, musicians, spoken word artists, and creatives who want to use their gifts to lead others into the presence of God. We rehearse every Friday and Saturday at All Nations SDA Church in Berrien Springs, and we are actively partnering with local churches to place trained worship leaders in their congregations.

WHAT THIS FUNDRAISER COVERS

We are starting from zero. No registration, no budget, no building — just a calling and a community. Every dollar you give goes directly into building something that will serve the next generation for years to come.

Here is exactly where your support goes:

1. NONPROFIT REGISTRATION — $1,500

Filing fees, legal paperwork, and the costs of officially incorporating Operation R.E.A.P. as a 501(c)(3) organization in the state of Michigan. This is the foundation everything else is built on.

2. A242 DISCIPLESHIP MOVEMENT — $3,000

Funding our first season of A242 gatherings — venues, materials, speaker support, outreach, and everything needed to build a real discipleship community for young people across Berrien Springs and beyond.

3. BRANCH WORSHIP COLLECTIVE — $3,500

Rehearsal costs, instruments, sound equipment, and training resources for Branch. This funding keeps our doors open every Friday and Saturday and equips our worship leaders to serve local churches.

4. WEEKEND OF HARVEST LIVE RECORDING — $4,000

On April 10–11, 2026, we are capturing everything live — Vespers, The David Complex, and the Watchmen Reimagined 2026 concert. This recording will become a live EP released this summer, documenting the birth of a movement and putting the sound of this generation on record.

5. LIVE EP RELEASE — $3,000

Production, mixing, mastering, distribution, and promotion of the Live EP from the Weekend of Harvest. This is our first project — and it will carry the message of Operation R.E.A.P. far beyond Berrien Springs.

6. FALL 2026 REVIVAL — $8,000

A large-scale revival event in Fall 2026 featuring live worship, evangelism, and a full live recording. This is our next major milestone — a gathering built to reach hundreds of young people, mobilize churches, and document another chapter of what God is doing through this movement.

7. OPERATIONS & OUTREACH — $2,000

Ongoing ministry costs — printing, transportation, communication, social media, and the infrastructure needed to keep Operation R.E.A.P. running and growing through 2026.

Branch Worship Collective is holding its FIRST REHEARSAL this Sunday, March 15 — and it is open to everyone. After that, rehearsals happen every Friday and every Saturday at 7 PM at All Nations SDA Church in Berrien Springs, running all the way through the Weekend of Harvest on April 10–11.

If you sing, play an instrument, do spoken word, or just want to be in a room with people who are serious about their faith and their gifts — come. All skill levels welcome. Come as you are.

A242 — HOW IT WORKS

A242 runs on a simple but powerful rhythm:

📖 Daily — Shared Bible reading plan so the whole community is in the Word together every day

📚 Weekly — Bible study going deep into Scripture with accountability and honest conversation

🍽️ Monthly — A full Bible study followed by a large community potluck. Everyone brings food. Everyone belongs at the table.

Our focus areas include daily Bible reading, prayer and fasting, freedom from sin, and self development — resources like Journey to the Heart of God guide our study together.

A242 runs on two teams:

- Discipleship Team — Bible study, devotions, accountability, and self development

- Hospitality Team — Food, fun, engagement, and making sure everyone feels welcome

We are actively building partnerships with additional churches and campuses across southwest Michigan who want to see their youth reached, equipped, and retained.

A NOTE ON OUR STATUS

Operation R.E.A.P. is in the process of obtaining 501(c)(3) nonprofit status. We are not yet a registered nonprofit, which means donations are not currently tax-deductible. We are committed to full transparency — this fundraiser exists to help us get registered and get moving. Once our nonprofit status is approved, we will update donors accordingly.
