This October, Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth will celebrate its commitment of bringing people together to build homes, communities and hope for 25 years! As a highlight of this milestone anniversary, the Annual Hearts & Hammers Gala will raise critical funds to support our work building strength, stability and self-reliance for local families in need. Always a memorable night, we welcome supporters, volunteers and business community members to share in celebrating the joy, progress and impact of our transformative work.

It's been nearly 3 years since we've gathered for the Gala, which makes this year's event all the more meaningful. Since the last Gala, we’ve completed four homes, three of which were finished amid pandemic restrictions. And we’re busy now with a significant home renovation in Plymouth for a disabled teenager and her family, and have a new project in the pipeline in Carver. We can’t think of a better time to join us as partners in progress by joining us at the Gala as an attendee or a sponsor!

Habitat for Humanity of Greater Plymouth was founded in 1997. We build new affordable homes and make critical repairs and renovations on existing homes in our service area of Plymouth, Carver, Kingston, Middleboro, Lakeville and Plympton.  Our all-volunteer crews build homes from start to finish for selected families, who also put in "sweat equity" hours building their own homes.  Homeowners pay an affordable mortgage and receive all the transformative benefits that secure, stable housing can provide.  We can not do our work without help from community members like you!
