Since Brendan Sailing's founding, our goal has been to never turn away youth with learning differences due to financial reasons. Each year, over 150 youth participate in our summer camps with more than 50% of campers on full or partial scholarship. Your support of this double matching fundraiser will ensure we can continue providing opportunities to campers eager to develop essential life skills, build confidence, and form lasting friendships through sailing.

Our organization is making a difference in youth's with learning differences lives. Below is a comment from parents after their son attended camp this past summer:

"One of the most significant changes we noticed was in our son's self-esteem. Each day he came home beaming with pride, eager to share his achievements and adventures on the water. On Parent Sail say he did not hesitate to take out all of his family members in attendance for a sail and beamed with pride! The sense of camaraderie and friendship he developed with fellow campers was heartwarming. He felt understood and accepted, which was incredibly important for his emotional well-being.

The camp's emphasis on positive reinforcement and celebrating small victories had a profound impact on him. He learned to overcome setbacks and celebrated each milestone, no matter how small. The experience taught him valuable life skills such as teamwork, perseverance, and the joy of trying new things.
