ABOUT HIGGY BEARS:

Higgy Bears are very special bears made specifically for kids and teens with scoliosis. Higgy Bears was founded by Lauren Higginson. She makes mini back braces for bears to wear for kids that are braced and sews a surgery scar on the bear's back for kids that have had surgery.

As a scoliosis patient herself, Lauren knows how incredibly hard this condition is, both physically and emotionally. Higgy Bears are a friend where one didn't exist. They are little buddies that are going through the same treatment, just in bear form! They truly make scoliosis more bearable for kids and teens.

So far, Lauren has made 25,000 Higgy Bears for kids and teens in 150 countries. Currently, parents purchase Higgy Bears for their kids through her website, www.higgybears.com. Starting in 2024, Higgy Bears will be free for kids, with parents only needing to pay shipping. The Higgy Walk is going to be what makes this possible!
