Hiking Responsibilities and Tips What to wear: • Loose, breathable clothing • Layers such as t-shirts, long sleeve shirts and jackets • Long loose pants or long leggings and socks • Comfortable shoes with a grip on the sole What to bring: • Snack such as a power bar or granola bar, or fruit (i.e. banana) • Water to stay hydrated • A positive and fun attitude! What to do: • Be mindful of those around you and your surroundings. • Listen carefully to the instructions given. • It is recommended that you do not run on the trail or stray away from the group. • Have an amazing time in nature!
