Old LA Zoo Loop Coordinates to the Merry Go Round Lot 1 parking lot near the trailhead: (34.13164° N, 118.28343° W). Please arrive early for parking time and finding group. Trail Specs: 2.5 mile loop, hike time 1.5 hours, elevation gain 377 ft. Mostly paved, but there are some rugged areas and a small section of stairs. Strollers are possible with assistance. Family-friendly. Light Snacks and Drinks available. Bring proper shoes, sunglasses, and sun protection.
