As a nonprofit organization (93-1631319), the Hillsborough Community Garden donates its produce to local families in the Orange County area through PORCH-Hillsborough. We rely on a dedicated and talented team of volunteers and our part-time manager to maintain and expand our Garden plot along the Riverwalk in Hillsborough NC.

Our goal is to provide a variety of organically grown vegetables and greens to families in need. Each vegetable harvested represents hope for healthier meals shared around family tables!

The Annual Giving Campaign allows us to continue to purchase needed Garden supplies and tools to hopefully expand our plot to a four -season Garden. In order to accomplish our mission, we rely on financial donations.
