The Alabama Attorney General has decided to enforce HB445 six months ahead of schedule, forcing ALL smokable hemp products—including THCA flower and vapes—off shelves by July 1st, 2025 instead of the official date of January 1, 2026.

This raffle supports the Litigation Fund, which will help us:

Challenge this premature enforcement in court
Cover attorney fees and court costs
Fight for your right to access federally legal wellness products
Defend Alabama’s hemp businesses and the thousands of people who rely on them
