At the Downtown Women’s Center (DWC), we know that homelessness ends with two things: housing and care. Over nearly fifty years of impact we’ve proven this model works: Ninety-eight percent of residents housed with DWC never return to homelessness.

Now we’re building on that legacy with our most ambitious campaign to support our organization yet. Our next chapter will expand DWC’s Downtown LA campus with Rosa’s Place, 97 units of permanent supportive housing and a fully integrated service hub.

With Rosa’s Place and the revitalized Wallis Annenberg Residence (known as San Pedro St.) expansion set to open in 2027, DWC’s HOME Campaign shifts our focus from construction to care—so that everyone who moves in has the services, the community, and the safe space they need to thrive for years to come.
