When Jessica first shared this opportunity with me, I didn’t hesitate. As a maker, there are more and more competitions, awards, and recognition we can chase but, every once in a while, something comes along that reminds us what our creativity is really capable of. This fundraiser is that opportunity for me. I know it's impact will make a difference.
One of the most meaningful parts of this project was designing with a child's wish in mind. Her love of royalty and rich, deep colors became the inspiration for this piece. Royalty feels like hope and every kid deserves to feel treasured.

Every ribbon, texture, and detail was my way of honoring the joy, imagination, and wonder that Make-A-Wish brings to children and their families. Out of all the things I could compete for, helping grant wishes like hers is the one that fills me with the greatest sense of purpose. I’m incredibly grateful to Jessica for inviting me to be part of it and for helping bring our creative community together around something so much bigger than ourselves.

This year, I’ve set an ambitious goal of raising $10,000 for Make-A-Wish. It’s a big number—and honestly, that’s exactly why I chose it. Every dollar represents hope, joy, and the chance for a child facing a critical illness to experience something extraordinary. Whether I reach that goal because of a handful of large gifts or hundreds of smaller ones, I know every contribution matters. If we can turn ribbon, creativity, and community into real wishes for children and their families, then this is the kind of competition I’ll proudly be part of every single time.
Thank you for believing in this mission and for helping make wishes come true.
