💰 EVENT FUNDING:

In order to make this event happen, we need your help! Renting the Venue + Insurance costs $1,900 in total. Every dollar raised goes straight into making this event happen, and the more we raise the cheaper (or free) your event tickets get. Here is an outline of the campaign donation goals.

Goal 1 - $300 Donations

Deadline: Friday, December 18, 2026 at Midnight EST

Unlock: Paid Event with $30 Tickets.

Goal 2 - $600 Donations

Goal 4 - $1,900 Donations

🎟️ TICKET SALES:

After December 31, 2026, if Goal 3 (Free Tickets) is not reached, any individual who has made a donation in the amount equal to or greater than the Ticket Sale value will receive 1 Free Event Ticket. The price of tickets will be determined by the Donation Goal we're able to reach.

🏕️ CAMPING:

Heads Up: We cannot guarantee water access at this time. We're very aware that this is inconvenient but water access will be weather dependent and only available if warm enough that Hookstown Fairgrounds Staff determine it is safe for their infrastructure to turn on the water. In order to address the inconvenience we are going to be flexible on reservations, allowing attendees to wait until we confirm the water situation before booking.

On-Site camping will be available for $25 / Tent / Night or $35 / RV / Night. There is no limit on individual people in each tent or RV. There will be access to electric throughout the campsites as well as access to three on-site showers. Purchasing camping spots is flexible, we're making it available right up until event day.

🚚 FOOD TRUCKS:
