Release of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with attending or participating in this event and release Rivers of Hope, including its owners, employees, volunteers, agents, sponsors, and representatives, from claims, damages, injuries, losses, or expenses arising from or related to your attendance or participation in the event, except where such liability cannot legally be waived.

Photography & Recording: Photography, video, and audio recording may take place throughout the event. By purchasing a ticket or attending, you grant Rivers of Hopepermission to photograph, record, reproduce, publish, and use your image, likeness, voice, or appearance in promotional, marketing, social media, website, advertising, educational, or other lawful materials without compensation.

Media Ownership: Photographs, videos, and other recordings created by or on behalf of Rivers of Hope at the event are the property of Rivers of Hope, to the extent permitted by law.

Opt-Out: If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, you must notify Rivers of Hope in writing at [email address] prior to the event. Reasonable efforts will be made to honor written opt-out requests; however, incidental appearance in event media may occur.
