Meet Toni...

Toni is a disabled Gulf War vet with a serious knee injury and she's been living in an apartment that was not accessible. She fell numerous times getting in and out of the bathtub because it was too high for her to step in and out of with her disability.

Toni's apartment was also on the second floor and climbing the steep steps up to her place was as difficult as you can imagine.

To make matters worse, the apartment had maintenance issues causing her to feel unsafe there.

Now here's the good news: thanks to you, KVF paid the security deposit necessary to move Toni into a handicap accessible apartment with a walk-in shower, in a unit on the ground floor, so that she can properly care for herself.
