Paths to Stability© is a community-driven nonprofit organization working to create coordinated, practical, and compassionate solutions for individuals experiencing housing instability in Loveland, Colorado.

Our mission is to help people move from crisis to stability through individualized support, community partnerships, workforce pathways, and housing-focused solutions that restore dignity, opportunity, and independence.

We believe lasting change happens when communities work together. That’s why we are building partnerships with local governments, nonprofits, behavioral health providers, businesses, faith organizations, and community members to create a more effective and measurable response to community instability and unmet needs.

Our approach focuses on stabilization first — providing transitional supportive housing alongside coordinated services, mental health support, employment opportunities, life skills development, and pathways toward long-term housing and self-sufficiency.

At the same time, we believe stronger support systems benefit the entire community by improving public safety, reducing strain on emergency systems, supporting workforce participation, and creating healthier public spaces for everyone.

Paths to Stability© is currently in the foundational phase of launching operations in Loveland. We have established a governing board, registered with the State of Colorado, are pursuing 501(c)(3) designation, and are actively working with local stakeholders and community partners to bring this vision to life.

Together, we can create pathways that lead from instability to opportunity — one person, one partnership, and one step at a time.

Thank you so much, Vice-Chair of the Board, Troy Daniels for opening your home to our organization.
