Chuck resides in Monroe County with his wife, Maurie, and his adorable Standard Poodle, Benny. Between the two of them, they share five adult children, who are spread throughout the states. currently, Chuck works full-time as a maintenance technician at Premiere Apartments in Tellico Village. He adores the residents there. He retired two years ago from Michigan State University as an HVAC Technician, having put in 36 years of service. A lot of his "Free Time" is spent in Lay Ministry through his church. He is a Stephen Minister and also a Lay Minister that delivers Sunday Service to assisted living residents. He enjoys time at home with family, eating, fishing, and watching sappy movies.

As a Stephen Minister, Chuck helps people in crisis. He understands the importance of actively assisting people who need support, safety, and guidance, he believes that Iva's Place is the perfect haven for victims of Domestic Abuse to receive safety, empathy, a present and listening ear, and beneficial aid.
