This month we have the great pleasure to celebrate the Resurrection of Christ! On April 20^th, we will be hosting our Annual Community Easter Dinner. We will be serving somewhere between 400 and 500 meals to anyone who wishes to join us. Dinner will consist of Ham, Green Beans, Corn, Potatoes, Rolls, Drinks, and Dessert!

We will also have some blessing bags to share with those in need and it goes without saying that the hungry will be fed, the hurting will be prayed for, and the Love of Christ will be shared. I almost always, selfishly, take the time to run some dinners to some local homeless camps. These folks are always grateful and gracious for this simple blessing. If you would like to help, there are several ways. First, pray for us! That we will be able to touch lives in many ways. Second, give! You can donate needed food items or items for blessing bags, or you can donate financially. Third, Volunteer! If you would like to be part of this amazing day of service, please plan on coming down to the Bessie Smith Cultural Center at 200 E. M.L. King Blvd. We will start setting up around 12:30 and begin serving at 1pm.

Your generosity allows us to provide for the basic needs of our neighbors right here in Chattanooga! With your help we can continue “Meeting Needs, Making Change, and Magnifying Christ!”
