With only a few aircrafts available, we can accommodate only a fraction of the students and aspiring aviators who wish to participate in our programs. This restricts the number of hands-on flight training sessions, workshops, and educational flights we can offer. Our vision of impacting over one million lives globally by 2030 is severely constrained by the lack of sufficient aircraft. Without adequate resources, we cannot scale our programs to reach a broader audience, both locally and internationally. Expanding the fleet would not only alleviate these constraints but also enable the organization to reach its goal of impacting over one million lives globally by 2030 by inspiring and equipping future generations, fostering a diverse and inclusive talent pipeline prepared to lead and innovate in the global aviation and technology sectors.

Our 2024 goal is to acquire a new fleet plane, specifically an NGK/TAA Sling 2 Aircraft. The acquisition of the NGK/TAA Sling 2 aircraft is projected to have a profound impact on our organization and the communities we serve. By enhancing our training capabilities, we expect to see a higher percentage of our students pursuing careers in aviation, aerospace engineering, and related STEM fields, contributing to a skilled and diverse talent pipeline in the industry.
