The Secret Families mission is simple: ensure no family in Hamilton County goes without Christmas. Though we are fortunate to live in a thriving community, over 15,000 of our neighbors fall below the poverty line. Beyond that, there are countless neighbors who might not qualify for assistance but have been faced with a significant obstacle. Whether it be the parents who took time off from their jobs to care for a cancer-stricken child or the family who fled Ukraine and taken in by a local neighbor, there are countless reasons why people need our support.

SFHC works with the local school districts to provide Christmas to deserving families. On the second Saturday of December, hundreds of volunteers shop, wrap and deliver presents based on wants and needs to these families. Additionally, they are provided personal care items, non-perishable food, a fully-decorated Christmas tree, and a gift card for Christmas dinner. It costs an average of $550 per family, which is almost entirely funded through donations.

In 2025 we have the ambitious goal of SERVING 100 FAMILIES! Only through the generosity of our community can we raise enough money to meet this goal.
