Join us for a free 45min yoga class hosted by our friends at Schlafly Tap Room in partnership with the Saint Louis Area Foodbank.

Registration is required along with a donated food item in exchange for the class-we will have a barrel available for your donation when you arrive (please review the list of accepted items).

We believe that yoga is more than physical movement and strive to help "off the mat" by providing free or low cost classes. With your support we would love to do more events like this so the more you show up, the more we are able to show up in return. It takes a village so lets grow together and support one another as much as we can because we all need it now more than ever.

Please bring a yoga mat if you have one - a small number will be available first come/first serve.

Schlafly will provide a token for a free beverage after class and we invite you to stay for dinner after class.

In consideration for being allowed to participate in this event, you assume the risk of yoga practice and release your instructor, Yoga Buzz and its employees, volunteers, agents, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from any liability claim resulting from taking part in any live, written or recorded yoga instruction. You expressly assume the risk of injury and damages and will indemnify and hold harmless the Released Parties as to any claims for injury and damage, including physical or emotional injury.

Photo Release:
The Yoga Buzz staff will document portions of the event for marketing purposes. I hereby irrevocably authorize Yoga Buzz to edit, alter, copy, exhibit, publish, or distribute photos of this event for any lawful purpose. In addition, I waive any right to inspect or approve the finished product wherein my likeness appears. Additionally, I waive any right to royalties or other compensation arising or related to the use of the photo.
