Programming includes: tea ceremony, meditation & breath work, a sound bath, prompted journaling, and open discussion. Open to all men of all ages and backgrounds, this experience allows attendees to engage in honest and vulnerable conversation in a safe space. This is a powerful series champions inclusivity and openness.

Early arrival is recommended to The WalkGood Yard. The entrance to our studio is located on Pico Blvd. Check-in will be upstairs at the green front desk. Street parking is limited. Rideshare and carpool are encouraged when possible. We recommend wearing flexible and comfortable clothing. Our practice space observes a no-shoe policy. If you have a circular cushion, please bring it. If you do not have one, we will provide one for you. Please bring water.
