Project PAVE is your healthy relationship partner. We are a trusted resource, working with schools and youth-serving organizations to connect young people to programs that help them build healthier relationships across all aspects of their lives.

Founded in 1986, PAVE empowers young people to build safe, healthy relationships through education, therapy, advocacy, and leadership programs. Our work prevents relationship violence and supports youth affected by trauma, fostering safe, compassionate, and connected communities.

Our approach is holistic, recognizing that healthy relationships are foundational to mental well-being and community public health. To accomplish this, we provide:

Education
- Trauma-informed social-emotional learning (SEL) programs, including our Path to Healthy Relationships classes, SELF Program, and True Man curriculum, equipping youth with emotional regulation, boundary-setting, and conflict resolution skills
Therapy
- - Our School-Based Therapy (SBT) program offers free, on-site counseling in partner schools, providing youth survivors with coping strategies to manage stress, anxiety, and the impacts of trauma and violence
Empowerment
- Our Youth Community Educators Program (YCEP) trains young leaders to educate their peers and the broader community on relationship violence prevention and mental wellness
Connections
- Through Youth & Family Advocacy, we connect youth and their families to critical resources, including housing, food, and employment support, reducing external stressors that impact mental health.
