We’re dreaming BIG for play at Lake Country School.

A playground kids can’t wait to run toward.

A place to climb higher, explore farther, imagine bigger, challenge themselves, make friends and simply be kids. A place where kids of all ages can get outside, move, play, connect and belong.

That’s what we want to build at Lake Country School.

The Lake Country School PTO has launched If You Build It, They Will Play, an ambitious $500,000+ campaign to create a new inclusive and engaging playground for our students and community.

And we’re not interested in simply replacing what’s there.

We want to dream bigger.

Play matters. It gets kids moving. It builds confidence and independence. It creates friendships and connection. It gives kids a place to imagine, explore, take risks, laugh and belong.

And in a world where kids are spending more and more time behind screens, we want to give them something worth running outside for.

Our goal is to create a playground that serves kids of all ages and abilities—one that is exciting, challenging, inclusive and built to serve generations of Lake Country School students.

$500,000 is our goal. But it isn’t our finish line.

The more we raise, the more we can make possible.

More opportunities to climb and move.
More inclusive play.
More imagination.
More connection.
More ways for kids to just be kids.

This is a big project, and it will take a community to build it.

Our campaign brings together families, grandparents, alumni, businesses, foundations and community partners through three paths to giving:

Capital Campaign & Major Giving — Building significant community and corporate support through major gifts, grants and partnerships.

Sneakers & Sparkles — Our signature fundraising gala on February 6, 2027, bringing our community together for an unforgettable evening of giving and celebration.

Pathway to Play — A community giving opportunity that will allow families, alumni, businesses and community members to permanently leave their mark through personalized bricks and pavers.

Not every opportunity will be right for every supporter—and that’s intentional.

Whether you make a gift here today, become a corporate partner, attend or sponsor Sneakers & Sparkles, participate in Pathway to Play, make an introduction, volunteer or simply help spread the word, there is a way for everyone to play a part.

Every gift moves us closer.
