The New Orleans Youth Alliance (NOYA) is a healing-centered youth development intermediary for the Greater New Orleans area. NOYA works to cultivate a system of high-quality, well-resourced youth development organizations that center youth leadership, racial equity and intersectional equity in their work with young people. NOYA achieves its mission through three key areas of service: program quality and professional development, policy and advocacy, and organizational effectiveness.

Igniting Change: Fueling the Future

Join us for the second annual Igniting Change Reception, hosted by the New Orleans Youth Alliance on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at The Building on Oretha Castle Haley Boulevard. This celebratory evening will uplift youth voice, advocacy, and leadership through music, connection, and awards honoring incredible young leaders, partners, and champions of equity.

Your support powers more than just one event. It fuels our work year-round across youth leadership development, systems-change advocacy, and critical programs such as the NOYA Youth Leadership Fellowship and the Youth Program Quality Initiative (YPQI).

Be a part of this inspiring movement to amplify youth brilliance, resilience, and power. Every donation helps strengthen a healing-centered, youth-driven future for New Orleans.
